Starting today, registration for Volunteers, Participants, and Vendors is officially available. For details, please visit our Registration Page and review the 2025 Rodeo Information Packet. Please note, we will have a strict participant registration cut off of 8 AM July 14th, 2025 . Please spread the word and register as soon as possible so that we may order supplies etc in advance!

This year’s registration process will continue to utilize a “Shopping Cart” experience, allowing multiple registrations to be submitted as a single transaction. Simply add each registration to your cart, and complete the checkout process once you are ready! We have proactively created a Frequently Asked Questions page to help explain the process. Please visit this page if you have any questions and/or concerns regarding our registration process. We are thrilled to share that thanks to your support, the 2024 PNW Lineman Rodeo raised an incredible $85,000 for the Oregon Burn Center! Your participation and generosity continue to make a meaningful impact, and we truly appreciate your involvement. You can read more about the Oregon Burn Center and see a picture of the donation check here.

We’re also excited to announce that the 2025 Pacific Northwest Lineman Rodeo will take place on Saturday, July 26, 2025. Mark your calendars! We’re already working on the activities and will open registration in early April—stay tuned for more details.

Hello All,

Just a quick reminder to everyone, we will be closing registration for the 2023 Rodeo at end of business on Friday, July 14th 2023. If you have not already registered to participate, please do so ASAP. Once we close registration, we will be accepting any late registrations.

We have to enforce this deadline to ensure we have time to finalize our preparations for the Rodeo and have all the participant packages ready to go.
